Finding The Right Home Is Just The Beginning

We want you to buy a home the right way. A Buyer who is well-informed, well-prepared and represented by a skillful Agent has a much better chance of achieving their goal of home ownership. It is important to understand that purchasing a home is a step-by-step process that should begin with you selecting an Agent who will expertly guide you through the entire process. Our professional Buyer's Agents are knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated to getting you the most home for your money. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, or an experienced one, it makes all the difference to have a professional REALTOR® working for you. And remember, there is typically no cost to you for our Buyer services.

Once you have met with one of our Agents and established your plan of action, your home search begins. You will be set up on our "Daily Hotsheet" E-mail notification system that sends you the MLS listings for homes that fit your parameters...the very same day that they are listed for sale! This allows you to get a head start on seeing the best properties. Your Agent will also track all the listings daily and stay in close contact. When a property of interest becomes available, your Agent will get you in to see it as quickly as possible. When the right property is found, your Agent will work to negotiate the best possible price and terms for you. Once a deal has been reached, Escrow will be opened.

As important and exciting as these first few steps are...it is just the beginning! As you can see from the flowchart below, the Escrow process is full of many important steps that must be properly managed and completed within specific timeframes.
